Margaret J. Marshall "Together Again" Margaret J. Marshall passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday morning March 25, 2006. Born October 1, 1918 in SLC to Douglas Nielsen and Margaret Louisa Grey Smith. South High Class of '36. Married Woodrow W. "Woody" Marshall June 23, 1942; later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Faithful member of LDS Church serving many callings. Worked as a secretary for many years and retired from KSL-TV in 1987. Volunteered at Primary Children's Hospital for thousand of hours. Preceded in death by parents; husband; son, Gary; grandson, Steven. Survived by sons, Doug of Sandy, Mark "Woody" of Moab, and their wives, Brigitte and Marsha; five grandchildren; seven great-grand-children; brother, Owen "Bud" Gaisford, and wife, Dolores, of SLC; brother-in-law, Keith Marshall of SLC; four sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews. Graveside services to be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Dr., SLC, 12 noon Wednesday, March 29, 2006. The family extends their deepest heartfelt thanks to all of her many friends and neighbors for their help and support through the years and a special "Thank You" to the staff at Sandy Regional Care Center for the compassionate and tender care shown to her in her final days and hours.
