The daughter of Chester Commodore & Jessie Mamie Lee Acktinson O'Neal. She married John Alton Blair on May 10, 1951. They had three children, Rhonda, Randall, & John Ronald. She was a child of God and belonged to the Grubb Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Fay O'Neal, James Chester O'Neal, Ray O'Neal, and an infant brother, Ralph O'Neal; and one sister, Ann Elmore.
