Peggy, age 82, was the daughter of Clifford and Arvilla (Welch) Leach. She married and divorced Herbert Secord, married Don Arksey, then married John Dailey. She is survived by her children, Steve Arksey, Annette Thornton, and Connie Soberalski, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and her sisters, Marian Thatcher and Gloria Figel. She was preceded in death by both husbands, five brothers, five sisters, and her parents. Funeral services were held at Muir Brothers Funeral Home in Lapeer. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery.
