Archie Dean Leach, 73, a lifetime resident of Columbiaville, died Sunday, March 11, 2007. He was born January 25, 1934 in Lapeer to Clifford and Arvilla (Welch) Leach. He married Sandra Olivarez on December 25, 1957.
Mr. Leach graduated Columbiaville High School class of 1954. He served his country in U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was a good and faithful man to the Lord and he loved his family dearly. Mr. Leach also loved hunting and going to auctions.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years; Sandra, children; Juanita Leach of Gaylord, Chris (Larisa) Leach of Farmington Hills, Teresa (Matt) Craig of Columbiaville, Jeanette (Mike) Swadling of Millington, Janice (John) Cipielewski of Lapeer, Jennifer (Ken) Bales of Grand Blanc, grandchildren; Jacob, Cassandra, Michelle, Amber, Reanne, David, Brooke, Joshua, Logan and Ethan, sisters; Marian, Peggy, Gertie and Gloria.

He was preceded in death by daughter; Marjorie Leach, son; Archie Dean Leach Jr., brothers; Lloyd, Bob, Harold, Don, sisters; Virginia, Janice, Lois and Wanda.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Sandra Leach. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2007 at Columbiaville Baptist Church, 4200 Columbiaville Rd. Pastor Albert Zito will officiate. Burial will be in Stiles Cemetery, with a military graveside service under the auspices of American Legion Post #16 Honor Guard.
