Mary Elizabeth Enders was one of the daughters born to Robert Enders and his wife Amanda Barbee.

Mary was united in marriage to Robert Owen Woolfolk on August 22, 1843 in Paducah, Kentucky. Mary and Robert were blessed with the birth of nine children during their 31 year marriage:

Mary, along with her entire family, was banished to Canada due to her husband being a Southern sympathizer during the Civil War. Mary was left a widow when her beloved Robert passed away when she was 48 years old. Mary passed away nine years later due to consumption asa result of her having tuberculosis at the age of 57. She is interred with her husband and children.
