Uncle Carl was the son of James Sherman Harrison and Carrie Allenfare Belcher Gunter. Carl and Geniva McBride were married May 1, 1944 at Mtn Home, AR and they had one daughter Mae Donna Gunter Alcorn of Ava, Mo.
Carl loved to garden, farm and fish. I was always amazed by his fancy chickens he loved to show me when I came to visit. He and Geniva loved playing chinese checkers and were very competitive.
He was survived by his daughter and two grandchildren; Sandra Schumate and Tammy Gunter.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
