Daisy was born, March 30, 1945..in Selah, Washington, the youngest of four children born to Agnes Purviance Austin, and Charles Earl Austin. She went to School in Selah, Washington, graduating in 1963. She married Harold James (Jake) Moody, in 1968. After having her family of 3 boys, she divorced, and married, David Shanks. He helped raise her 3 boys, but it ended in divorce, also. She then married Gene Sheldon, but it didn't last either. She never married again, but she is survived, by her long-time companion, Curtis LaCroix, 2 sons, Tyree (Kellie), and Harold JR, and 1 brother, David Edward Austin, 3 grandchildren, Amber, Tre, and Styles,and numerous, neices and nephews. She was preceded in death, by her parents, Charles, and Agnes, 2 sisters, Betty Atkinson , and Velma Gilliland, 1 son, Ivan Moody. She was a very caring, and giving person, and shared her home with numerous friends, from time to time. She will be greatly missed by family, and friends.
