Catherine Honicker, 95, of Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim, Lancaster County, formerly of Brockton, Schuylkill County, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, in her home. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Honicker.
A graduate of Kutztown Normal School, she was a teacher for Tamaqua Area School District for 23 years, teaching in Pine Street School, Tamaqua, 1962-73.
Daughter of the late William and Hannah (Perrong) Shafer.
