Mrs. Mair was born in Avena, a daughter of Carlos B. and Mamie Breeze Logue. She worked as an accountant in the general accounting office of Caterpillar Tractor Co. for 22 years.
Mrs. Mair was a member of the Peoria Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the American Cancer Society.
