Mrs. Barkalow was born at Red Bank and was the daughter of the late William and Agnes Eustace. For many years Mrs. Barkalow resided at Long Branch and returned to Red Bank to make her residence here five years ago.
Surviving are a niece, Mrs. John Bucklin, and a brother-in-law, George T. Davison, both of Red Bank.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the Mount Memorial home on East Front street with Rev. Charles A. Thunn, pastor of the Baptist church, officiating. Burial was in Glenwood cemetery.
The Lady Rebecca lodge conducted services after the religious ceremony, with Mrs. Blanche Dangler as noble grand, Miss Mabel Lyle as vice grand and Mrs. John J. Many as chaplain.
