Albert Pittman, aged nearly 72 years, a well known and lifelong resident of Green township, died at his home on September 22. He was one of the highly esteemed residents of that section of the county. He leaves his widow and the following children: Murrell Pittman, of Garman; Pearl McManus and Irene Wissinger, of Cherry Tree; Bessie Wise, of Commodore; Edna Adams, of Alverda. Thirty-four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren are living. His stepmother, Mrs. Sarah Pittman; a sister, Mrs. Nancy Lating, and a half brother, William Pittman, are also living. Interment was made in Uniontown cemetery.
