The Rogne name, that was the name that first Lars and then Herman took, when my great grandfather Olav (that's where Olsen comes from ) built their home beneath the Rogne farm in Voss. My grandfather, Ivar Olsen Mala, and Martha Olsdtr Mala, kept the Mala name. When Martha left Norway in 1902.
