Yuma, TN - James Bernice Hester, 68, retired factory worker and farmer, died Sunday of heart failure at the Methodist Hospital in Memphis.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington with burial in Farmville Cemetery in Wildersville.
He was a graduate of Murray State University in Kentucky and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a member of the Pine Grove Baptist Church in Lexington, National Rifle Association and Beef Association.
Mr. Hester, the husband of Billie Williams Hester, also leaves three daughters, Lisa Faith of Tulsa, OK, Debbie Franklin of Lexington and Pam Speitel of Ventura, CA; a son, Eddie Hester of Yuma; a sister, Juanita Wallace of Memphis, and seven grandchildren.
