Roy Stoever, husband of Pauline E. McQuate Stoever, died yesterday at his residence, 2415 Elias Ave. He was 51. He was owner and operator of Stoever's Plastering and Stucco Contractors. A veteran of World War II, he served in the Military Police Corps. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Fredericksburg. He was also a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion Post 915, the Community Fire Co., Frystown, and the Ebenezer Fire Co. In addition to his widow he is survived by three sons, Kenneth E., Roy A., and Ronald L., all of Lebanon; three daughters, La Verne, wife of Fredrick Garman, Lebanon; Joan Stoever, and Brenda, wife of Dennis Hollinger, also of Lebanon; 11 grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Mary Grumbine Stoever, Fredericksburg; a brother, Guy Stoever, Lebanon, and two sisters, Mrs. Ada Gilbert, and Mrs. Eva Richards, both of Fredericksburg.
