Burial will follow in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, June 22, 2018, at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. P. Rains; parents, Lonzo Morris and Ethel (Asby) Morris; grandson, Kenneth Dale Small; sister, Willie Ethel Morris Boydstun; and brother, James Pershing Morris.
She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Beth Hines and husband Bob of Many, LA; son, Dennis Rains and wife Patricia of Many, LA; grandchildren: Rodney Small of Many, LA, Monica McDonald and husband Roy of Pitkin, LA, James Small and wife Stephanie of Conroe, TX, Roxanne Rains of Natchitoches, LA, Jacqualyn Fitch of Many, LA and Jaime Harris and husband Trey of Magnolia, TX; eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
