Mrs. Fred Nystrom

KINSLEY - Carrie M. Nystrom, 100, died Aug. 16, 1987, at Medical Lodge, Kinsley. Born Carrie M. Rainbolt Aug. 29, 1886, in Lancaster County, Mo., she married Fred Nystrom in 1912, in Kansas City. He died in 1934. She was a Kinsley resident most of her life.

Survivors: sons, Victor and Vernon, both of Kinsley; daughters, Nellie Ferguson, Boise City, Okla.; Alma Greiner, Kinsley; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-granchildren.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Garfield Cemetery, Garfield, the Rev. Don Morrison. Friends may call at McKillip Memorial Chapel, Kinsley, until 1 p.m. Tuesday. Memorials may go to the American Cancer Society.
