Eulalia "Red" Roehl, 76, of 615 N 10th Ave., Wausau, died Friday, Aug 23, 2002, at Community Health Care, Wausau Hospital.
Born Eulalia Woller on June 17, 1926, in the town of Maine, to the late Edmund and Eulalia (Arndt) Woller. On Oct. 11, 1947, she married Roger William Roehl, Sr. in Wausau. He died on June 5, 1979.
The Couple raised three wonderful children. Eulalia enjoyed playing pool, needle point and doing crossword puzzles. She loved all her family and friends dearly.
She is survived by her daughter, Renee (John) Smith of Wausau; two sons Roger (Dawn) Jr., of Wausau, and Kim (Jeanette) of Schofield; six grandchildren, Scott, Joshua, Jennifer, Kevin, Todd and Deanna; one great-grandchild, Kennedy Alexis; one brother, Dave Woller of Arizona and one sister Leila Balz of Wausau. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, parents, brother Orval and a grandson Joshua Roehl.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Tuesday, Aug 27, 2002, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Wausau. The Rev Bruce Lamont will officiate. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Monday at the Helke Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
