John Young and his wife Sally Fairchild were the parents of 13 children. The two eldest were born 1829 and 1830 in New York; the following 9 children were born in Fitchville, Huron County, Ohio 1833-1848; and the last 2 were born in Bellevue 1851 and 1854. Youngs Road and Youngs School House are named for this family.
