Ollie Edith Daniel, 95, a retired cook for the Itasca ISD, died Monday, June 28, 2004, at a local hospital.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Central Baptist Church in Itasca, with the Rev. Larry Maddox officiating. Burial: Itasca Cemetery, Itasca. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Clayton Kay-Vaughan Funeral Home in Itasca.

Memorials: Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Central Baptist Church, 401 E. Monroe, Itasca, Texas 76055.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Itasca, a charter member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a member of Itasca Senior Citizens Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Avery Oliver and Olivia Ann Moore; her husband, Clarence Daniel; and children, Florence Edwards, Evelyn Jeffcoat, Clarence Daniel Jr. and Bobby Joe Daniel; eight brothers; three sisters; and five grandchildren.

Survivors: Sons, James Daniel and wife, Phyllis, of Salado and William Daniel and wife, Linda, of Itasca; daughters, Mildred Watson and husband, DuBart, of Iowa Park, Jessie Dial and husband, Bill, of Lone Oak, Vera Mae Woodlee and husband, Fred, of Alvarado, Sylvia Wallace of Cleburne, Inez Kerby and husband, Joe, of Coleman, Edith Minor and husband, Jimmy, of Burleson and Patricia McClendon and husband, Gary, of Midlothian; 28 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
