Coughlin-Morrison Wedding
Miss Helen Coughlin, daughter of Charles Coughlin, and Robert Morrison, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Mart Morrison, were united in marriage at the Massena Catholic church February 12 with the Rev. D. J. Mangan reading the double ring ceremony in the presence of relatives and a few intimate friends. Mr. and Mrs. Perry Morrison, brother and sister of the couple, were the attendants.
The bride wore a winter white street length dress with black accessories and a pink corsage. The matron of honor wore aqua with brown accessories and a rose corsage.
Mrs. Morrison is a graduate of Cumberland high school and a former rural teacher. She has been associated in the management of the East Side cafe the past year. The groom grew to young manhood on a farm at Massena and was recently discharged from service; he was among the first to be assigned to overseas duty.
