ABBOTSFORD Clarence Jacob Klimpke, 86, Loyal, died Nov. 13, 1997, at Colonial House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Colby. Services will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Maurina Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery in Curtiss. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to) service time Sunday at the funeral home. He was born Dec. 18 1910, in Athens and was a dairy farmer employed with L.C. Christensen Co. of Abbotsford. He is survived by his wife, Winnie Klimpke of Spencer; four sons, Clarence C. (Marilyn) Klimpke and Harold G. (Katherine) Klimpke, all of Dorchester, Roger W. Klimpke of Abbotsford and Kevin D. (Mary) Klimpke of Greenwood; four daughters, Connie (Dean) Smith of Spencer, Donna (Rick) Podevels of Colby, Nancy Johnston of Loyal and Lori (Roger) Zvolena of Spencer; one brother, Ernest (Irene) Klimpke of Athens; 20 grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; seven step grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren; and one step great-greatgrandchild.
