Services for W.I. Glass of Bryan were held at the First Methodist Church at Bryan.
Glass was a former Young County agricultural agent and before his death was serving as Texas Superintendent of Agricultural Work for Texas A&M College. Glass was a long-time resident of Denton and was well known among Young County farmers and ranchers. He was a nephew of Mrs. Lizziel Pirtle and cousin of Mrs. Ray Perkins of Olney. He has visited with them here many times.
Survived by his wife; two children; several grandchildren.
