The funeral will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday in the Donnybrook United Methodist Church, Donnybrook, N.D., for Alice L. DePue, 60, longtime Coulee area resident who died Friday, Dec. 3rd, 1982, at a Minot nursing Center.
Rev. Mark Ellingson and Rev. Edwin Werner will officiate at the services, Mrs. Dennis Huff will be organist and Mrs. Robert Huff will sing. Pallbearers will be Alvin Stroklund, Chester Stroklund, Leonard Lehman, Robert Feldman, Herb Schwede and Donald Erickson. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Lakeview Cemetery, Kenmare, with Thompson-Larson Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
She was born April 23, 1918, on the family farm in Baden Township to Alvey and Alice DePue. She resided there her entire lifetime, with the exception of the past few years, when she had been a resident of the Americana Health Care Center. After the death of her parents, she had served as housekeeper for her brothers on the family farm.
Miss DePue is survived by four brothers, Chester and Arthur of rural Kenmare, Alvey (Gene) of Conrad, Mt., and Clyde of Graceville, Mn.; one sister, Mrs. Alta Aker of Whitewood, S.D.; one niece and three nephews.
