Mrs. Frances Elizabeth Wells Walker, 75, of 3360 Monticello Road, died August 16 at St. Joseph's Hospital Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at Antioch Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. today Thursday. She was born December 8, 1912. The daughter of the late Emmit Jackson Wells and Mrs. Tommie Smith Wells, she was a native of Forest Park. She was married to Robert Shepherd Walker on April 14, 1935. A housewife, she was active in church and community affairs most of her life. Aside from her husband, she is survived by a son, Mr. Robert Wells Walker, and two daughters, Mrs. Nannette Walker (Lamar) Patrick and Mrs. Penny Walker (George) West, all of Madison, a brother, Jack H. Wells, Forest Park, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Pall bearers will be Matthew Walker, Brent Walker, Scott Walker, Michael Patrick, John Thomas and Candler Pace.
