Lorraine ‘Lori’ Ciecko of Wilmington, N C died Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at her residence.

She was born in Canada on December 22, 1953 daughter of Rejean Cardinal and Eileen Halliday Cardinal of N Y.

She was a registered nurse for over thirty years and was employed with Cape Fear Memorial Hospital.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Chet Ciceko of the home; children Tanya Ciecko of PA, Teresa Leaf and husband Tony of Indiana, Christina Ciecko of Indiana and Jon Ciecko of Wilmington, N C; grandchildren: Kyleigh Leaf, Kaitlyn Leaf and Kamray Leaf and a sister Louise Aiken of N Y.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church by Rev. Barry Strong.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2004 at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel.

In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to Caring House, 2625 Pickett Road, Durham, NC 27705.
