He was born October 23, 1930 in Vineyard, Utah, to Joseph Blaine and Viola Phillips Clements. He married Mary Ruth Hardin Harch 31, 1951 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. He will be missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of American Fork, five sons; two daughters, Mrs. James (Althea June) Smith, Orem; Edward Blaine, Jr. Oshkosh, Wisconsin; Keven Paul, Ballard, California; Jeffery Lynn Royal Oak, Michigan; Bryan Harding, Mrs. David (MaryAnn) Liddell, both of American Fork; Rodney Malan, West Jordan; 13 grandchildren; his mother, Viola Stipanovich, American Fork; three brothers and six sister.
Funeral Services will be Monday, 11 a.m. in the American Fork 12th Ward, 455 East 300 North. Friends may call at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, Sunday 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday at the Church one hour prior to services. Burial, American Fork Cemetery.
