She died Monday, March 30, 1998, at Mercy Health Center, Dubuque.
Visitation was at the funeral home. Burial was in the Bolsinger Cemetery at Millville.
Rita A. Billmeyer was born May 13, 1940, in Graham, a daughter of Edward and Susie (Cole) Billmeyer. She received her education from Guttenberg High School and worked for the Ertl Toy Co. for many years. She was a member of the Eagles Club Auxiliary.
Survivors includes aunts and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a special friend,
Harold Horstman.
