Daughter of Warren & Virginia (MORGAN) REEVES (both born in Tennessee). Married Henry Clay MULLINS. Informant on her death certificate was Miss Ethel MULLINS - place of burial is reported as "White Sulphur Springs," however, her husband is at County Line in Warm Springs, and there may simply have been some conflation between the two Springs names.

Per Britton & Dobbs Funeral Home Records, 1889-1971 (transcribed by Patsy Daniel Wright, 2010), p. 679: Mrs. Rachel MULLINS, residing at 1322 Tenth Avenue, died 07 JAN 1930, aged 76 years, of paralysis (physician J. H. JOHNSON); buried 08 JAN 1930 at White Sulphur Springs (clergyman J. R. POTTS) - services ordered by Miss Ethel MULLINS.
