Hiram A. Lewis died early last Thursday morning at Sunset Nursing Home, where he has been a patient for one month. He had been ill for years.
He was born in the Town of Steuben July 20, 1876, a son of Alonzo and Hannah Ickner Lewis. He spent his younger life in Steuben and worked for a time as a woodsman.
Mr. Lewis married May Williamson Dec. 258, 1902, in Forestport,
Burial was in Alder Creek Cemetery. Boonville Herald, Thursday, Aug. 17, 1967
