Mr. Royal never married. Mr. Royal was well known to a number of people in Wellington, having visited with his brother and several other relatives here at various times. He spent a month in Wellington last summer in the Royal home and two years ago he was in this city for six months during the fall and winter.
The funeral services were held January 3 with interment at Wolfe City, in Hunt County, the old home place of the Royal family. All immediate relatives of the deceased were present for the funeral services.
Mr. Royal is survived by three sisters and one brother, who are Mrs. T.B. Miller of Fort Worth, Mrs. H.M. Leach of Ballinger, Miss Jane Royal of Ballinger and Frank H. Royal of Wellington.
