Minnie Robnett
WOLFE CITY - Minnie Leggett Robnett, 86, of Wolfe City died Wednesday at her residence. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Marck Gibson and Rev. Kevin Mitchell officiating. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Mrs. Robnett was born Dec. 19, 1911, in Paris, Texas; the daughter of Daniel W. and Emma Williams Leggett. She was married to Tom Johnson in 1936 and he preceded her in death in 1954. She was then married to Tom Robnett in 1966 and he preceded her in death in 1985.
Mrs. Robnett was a retired public school teacher. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sisters, Clara Wasson of Longview, and Opal Hampton and Mary West, both of Wolfe City; and two step-daughters.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers.
Pallbearers are James Wasson, Charles Wasson, Ricky London, Tim London, Billy West and Danny Leggett.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
