He was a Revolutionary War Soldier and brother to Ensign John Ball, Moses Ball Jr, Robert Ball, Captain George Ball, Basil Ball, Sibilla Ball, and Anne Ball. They believed that he was born in 1758 in Fairfax County, Virginia and died 1783 unmarried.
