Researcher Wilma Brown says that George and Elizabeth (Tunnell) Ball are actually buried on their property in New Garden, Russell Co VA. She says the newer markers in Ewing need to be moved to New Garden VA.

George's grave is marked by one large stone surrounded by smaller stones. (must be the description of the marker in New Garden VA)

FAQ volunteer, 11 Jul 2011: I have visited this Cemetery twice and looked at the graves in detail. There are a couple graves marked with field stone and a couple graves covered with large, hewn pieces of limestone rock that are not identified. Without additional information the grave cannot be located. (Phil Cheek)
