Mrs. Blubaugh had been a patient at the hospital through most of January, and was readmitted Monday afternoon. Mrs. Blubaugh was born at Waynesboro RD. 1, March 7, 1913, a daughter of Charles W. Mentzer and the late Addie Kauffman Mentzer. All of her life had been lived in the
Waynesboro RD. 1 sector. She had been a member of the Blue Rock Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons; Earl E., Waynesboro; Richard U., Norman L., and Tony A., all at home; her father, Waynesboro R.D. 1; three grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Levi Heefner, Shady Grove; Mrs. Anna Bomberger, Clyde Mentzer and Clark Mentzer, all of Waynesboro RD. 1; Robert Mentzer, Mont Alto, Mrs. Pauline Diller, Wayne Heights, and Sgt. Charles J. Mentzer of the Waynesboro Police Department.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Grove Funeral Home in charge of Elder Harvey Stoops. Burial will be made in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Quincy.
