Mr. Richard U. "Dick" Blubaugh, 80, of Greencastle, PA, passed away August 12, 2018 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born March 5, 1938 in Waynesboro, PA, he was the son of the late Earl E. and Ruth M. (Mentzer) Blubaugh.
He lived his early life in Tomstown, PA, attending the Tomstown and Quincy Schools.
He served in the United States Marines for 4 years during peace time.
Following his discharge from the marines he worked for a vending company in Hagerstown. Prior to retiring on disability in 1996, he worked for PPG (Pittsburg Plate & Glass) in Carlisle, PA.
He is survived by his daughter, Connie Killeen of Littlestown, PA and one brother, Norman Blubaugh, and his wife, Jeannie, of Chambersburg, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Earl E. Blubaugh, Jr., Gary Blubaugh, and Tony Blubaugh.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, August 17, 2018 in Mount Zion Cemetery, Quincy Township, PA, with Pastor Casey Hurst officiating.
Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro is handling the arrangements.
