Albert Antonson, 83, of 1808 S. Hennepin Street, died Wednesday in a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness. Services will be 2 pm. Satuday inthe Nelson Berger Mornside Chapel. The Rev. E.D. Pappadackis ofthe Third Presbyterian Church will officate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Agraveside flag presentation will be conducted by Monahan Post 64, American Legion. Mr. Antonson was born Nov 16, 1899 in Olso, Norway. He came with his parents to the United States and to Fosston, Minnesota. They later moved to Sioux City where he attended public schools. He married Gladys Carroll Jul 7, 1945 at Ackley, Iowa. He was a dental Technician for many years after which he worked for the Sioux City post office. He was a member of the Morningside Lodge AF & AM, Sioux City Scottish Rite Bodies and Monahan Post 64, American Legion. He served with the Rainbow Division in the United States Army during World War I. Survivors include his wife.
