Mrs. Daisy May Nash, 76, of
Franklin township, Clare county,
died Saturday at her home after
an illness of several years.
She was born April 10, 1882, in
Paulding county, Ohio, and had
lived in Gladwin county most of
her lifetime. The former Miss
Daisy May Cassiday, was married
to Edwin F. Nash on June 29,
1901, in Skeels.
Survivors include her husband,
Edwin; F.; two sons, George, of
Harrison, and Ralph, of Otisville;
10 grandchildren; 12 great
grandchildren; four brothers,
William Cassiday, of Huntington,
Indiana, Leonard and Maver of
Gladwin, and Thomas, of Midland.
Funeral services will be held
today (Wednesday) at 2 p. m. at
the Skeels Baptist Church with
Rev. Carl Briggs officiating. Burial
will be in Skeels cemetery.
