The following was copied from an old Bible, printed in 1769. Edward Lewis, this book gave to him by his mother, Elizabeth Lewis. It being his father's book, before his decease, whose name was Thomas Lewis, who died May 11, 1803, this the 14 day of June 1807

After the death of Daniel Noe in June of 1814 Edward Lewis became Executor of his estate. By January 1815 Edward Lewis and Elizabeth Money Noe (Daniel's widow) were married. Marriage Book A, page 110, Green County Marriage Book. They were married 13 Jan 1815. by Rev. John Chandler. It was a 2nd marriage for both.
