CADIZ, Ky. — Services for Willie Douglas Aldridge, 94, Covington's Convalescent Center, Hopkinsville, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at King's Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Thresher officiating.
Burial will be in Stewart Cemetery, Trigg County. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 tonight at the funeral home.
He died at 8:11 p.m. Thursday, July 27 2006, at Covington's of natural causes.
A native of Trigg County, he was born April 20, 1912, the son of the late Gordon and Rosie Thomas Aldridge.
He was a self-employed carpenter and was a Baptist.
His wife, Inez Duiguid Aldridge, preceded him in death.
Survivors include a brother, John Aldridge, Clarksville, Tenn., and three sisters, Delle Hite, Hopkinsville and Effie Adams and Mae Ladd, both of Cadiz.
