Services for Delle Hite, 97, McLean Avenue, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Revs. Daryl Alhart and James Talley officiating. Burial will be in Robertson Cemetery in Trigg County. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 tonight at the funeral home.
She died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, at South Fulton Medical Center, East Point, Ga., following a long illness.
A native of Trigg County, she was born Jan. 30, 1910, the daughter of the late Gordon and Rose Thomas Aldridge.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she had perfect attendance at Sunday school for 66 years. Her husband, Earl Hite, died in 1978.
Survivors include retired Air Force Col. Robert Earl Hite Jr., Cartersville, Ga.; a brother, John Al Aldridge, Clarksville, Tenn.; two sisters, Effie Adams and Mae Ladd, both of Cadiz and six grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
