> He was born in Bloserville and was a retired buyer for Giant Foods, Carlisle, was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Men's Bible Class of the Sunday School. He was a member of Cumberland Star Lodge #197, F&A.M., the Odd Fellows and the MORA Club, all of Carlisle.
> Surviving are his wife, Evelyn H. Myers Bloser; a daughter, Mrs. Mary E. Boyer, 717 Yorkshire Drive, Carlisle; two sons, Robert J. Bloser, Landenberg, Pa., and Edward L. Bloser, Dillsburg; and five grandchildren.
> Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 201 W. Louther St., with the Rev. William L. Schmid and the Rev. Richard A. Ruff officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery.
> Friends may call Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., and Friday in the Church parlor from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. A masonic service will be held Thursday at 8 p.m.
> Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association or to the Cumberland County Unit of the American Cancer Society.
