Clinton Davidson
Clinton William Davidson, 72, of 1022 Republican, died Saturday night in a Topeka hospital.
He was born July 20, 1880, in Massey Co., Ill., and moved to Kansas about 16 years ago, settling at White City where he owned a restaurant. He moved to Topeka about a year ago. He was a member of the Masonic lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Augusta, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. William Lyles of 2418 West 24th; a son, William, of Biloxi, Miss.; three brothers, Clarence, Edward and Ernest, all of Illinois; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Corzine, Centralia, Ill., Mrs. Velma Riley of Grand Chain, Ill., and Mrs. Maggie Conant, also of Grand Chain.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
