I do want to point out that even though the obituary of August states that he is buried in St. Martin's Cemetery in Tonet, he really is buried in Allouez Cemetery. Not sure on why; will update when/if I find out that information.

Retired Tonet Farmer Passes

LUXEMBURG-August Dart, 70, retired to Luxemburg village 12 years ago after farming in the Tonet area most of his life, died in his home at 10 o'clock Tuesday evening after a long illness.
Mr. Dart, was born at Tonet Dec. 1, 1889, and married the former Lena Jadin at St. Martin's Catholic Church there June 25, 1912.
She survives with four daughters, Mrs. August (Josie) Derenne, Duvall; Mrs. Clarence (Eunice) Bathke, Algoma; Mrs. Earl (Dorothy) Borley, R2 Kewaunee, and Mrs. Arnold (Betty) Conard, R1, New Franken, and fours sons, Elmer, Algoma; Arthur, Casco; Marvin, R2, Luxemburg, and Arnold, R1, New Franken.
Also remaining are 33 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, William, Green Bay, and Eli and Wilbert, R3, Luxemburg, and two sisters, Mrs. Odile Vandenhouten, Green bay, and Mrs. Victor Laurent, R2, Luxemburg.
The body is a the McMahon Funeral home, Luxemburg, where the rosary will be prayed at 8 o'clock this Thursday night. The services are scheduled at 10 o'clock Friday morning at St. Martin's church, the Rev. John A Mailhot officiating, and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
