Edna Irene Anderson Jester, 81, Lebanon, died Sunday, April 17, 1983 at her home. She was born in Carroll County and worked at Ross Gear in Lafayette for 23 years before retiring in 1964. She moved to Lebanon 16 years ago from Colburn.

She was first married to Frank J. Dick who died in 1934. Her second marriage was to Yeauro Jester who died in 1966.

She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church and Senior Citizens.

Surviving are two daughters, two sons, one brother, Dan Anderson, Colburn, and two sisters, Grace Clements of Lafayette and Mary Pearson of Bringhutst; twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Russell & Hitch Funeral Home in Lebanon after 2 p.m. Thursday. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday there, with burial in Tippecanoe Memorial Gardens, Lafayette.
