Mrs. Sarah Anderson is Beckoned Away Near Cutler
Mrs. Sarah L. Anderson, age 79, wife of George Anderson, died at 10:15 o'clock on Wednesday morning at the residence, two miles southwest of Cutler, Indiana. A native of Grant County, Indiana, the deceased was married in 1882. She was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church. Surviving are the husband and nine children: Mrs. Marion Elkin of Lucerne; Ernest Daniel; Mrs. Arthur Lowther and Mrs. Edna Dick of Lafayette; John of Logansport; Mrs. Mary Peterson of Battle Ground; Mrs. Arthur Ayres of Flora; Allen of Delphi. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Mrs. Grace Runyan of Kokomo; Mrs. Julia Shirar of Labetta, Kansas; and Mrs. Blanche Pence of Seattle, Washington. The body was removed to the Leiter Funeral Home her to be prepared for burial.
Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday morning at ten o'clock with the Reverend Vernon Grisso, pastor of the local First Brethren Church officiating.
