Funeral services were held Saturday, June 22 at 11 a.m. at Christler Funeral Home for Nancy A. Carissimi, 47, of Houghton Lake. Burial was held in Roscommon Township Cemetery following services officiated by the Rev. Russell Smith.
Mrs. Carissimi was born on April 28, 1938, in Michigan, the daughter of Albert and Dora Wickham. She lived in Roscommon County most of her life, and was a member of the American Women Business Association of Houghton Lake.
Survivors include her parents of Houghton Lake; two sisters, Mary Verdon of Illinois; Martha Bozzo of Houghton Lake; two brothers, Albert R. Wickham of Illinois; William Wickham of Escanaba; two step-children, Mark Carissimi of Mt. Pleasant; Barbara Ann Wolverton of Reed City; and several grandchildren.
