AUDREY MAE MILEY FLORENCE, age 91, died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Grand Haven Nursing Home.
Born in Scott County, April 5, 1921 to the late James and Lula Burgess Miley, she was a retired employee from Bundy Corporation and a member of the Church of God.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Leon Garnett Florence; a son, James Dalen Florence; a grandson, Christopher Shane VanDeren; a granddaughter, Candy Florence; two sisters, Marie Antle and Ruby Ritchie and a brother, Carlton Miley.
She is survived by her son, Leon David Florence, Cynthiana and two daughters, Diana Burton, Nicholasville and Carol Mann, Lexington; a brother, Orville Miley, Berry; four grandchildren, Teresa Barnes, Jason Florence, Joshua Mann and Shay Burton; six great grandchildren, Amber Florence, Amanda Tripp, Cameron Mann, Chandler Mann, Alynna Mann and Nikolai Mann; a great great-grandchild, Braylan Florence; a special family friend, Charlene Jones and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Pastor Garry Stith. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Beard's Cemetery
