Death---Mrs. Drady Nalley , who was almost 88 years of age, died at home of her daughter, Mrs C.T. Rudd, E. Park St., Sunday afternoon at 1o'clock, following an illness of several weeks. Funeral services were held at the First Baptist church Monday afternoon, the Rev Billy Bain, pastor of the church, saying the rites, Burial was made in the Gibson Cemetery.
Drady Wagoner was born Nov 18, 1847, in Illinois, where she lived to maturity. in 1864 she was married to William Nalley, who brought his young bride to Newton county and settled on a farm near Diamond, a few years later. to them were born five sons and two daughters, all of whom are living. Mr Nalley died thirty years ago and most of the time since Mrs. Nalley has resided with the daughter at whose home she died. All of her children were with her during her last illness. Her sons are James Nalley of Kansas City, George, Levi, John and Tom Nalley all of Neosho; her daughters are Mrs Rudd of this city and Mrs Etta Franks of Tulsa.
