Willard married June Christina Morrison 2 Sep 1939 and they had three children. Willard owned and operated a drugstore in Thorntown for many years, he offered friendly service and a soda fountain that was popular for the school kids after school each day. Green rivers were a favorite. He was always gracious and hard working. He was also the pharmacist there.
