OBITUARY
MAE PRUITT PERSONS ADCOCK, passed away Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, in Lewiston. She was born oct. 1, 1908, near Pea Ridge, Ark., to Elijah J. Pruitt and Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) Massey Pruitt, the youngest of four children.
Mae married Homer E. Persons in Independence, Mo., on Aug. 22, 1928. Her only child, a daughter, was born ans Winnie R., in Scarfield, Ark.
Mae and Homer moved to Albuquerque, N.M., and later to Lewiston. Homer E. died in 1976. Mae married Homer R. Adcock in 1977. He died in October 1995. Her only daughter, died in 1996.
She was a member of Crestview Baptist Church in Albuquerque, past member of the Eastern Star, Rebekah Lodge and Lewiston Eagles Lodge.
Survivors are her son-in-law and step-son, Gerald, and grandchildren, John, Nancy, Jean, and Jerry. Great-grandchildren are MeraLee and Samantha. Great-great-grandchildren are Lauren Jean and soon-to-be born, Baby Boy Davis.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Normal Hill cemetery in Lewiston.
